Global Tower Partners Announces Ronald L. Rubin as its Chief Financial Officer

BOCA RATON, FL, July 21, 2010 - GLOBAL TOWER PARTNERS today announced that Ronald L. Rubin has joined the Company as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rubin will lead the Company's finance and accounting operations. Mr. Rubin replaces Ms. Jane Salter who has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since 2006.

Marc Ganzi, Chief Executive Officer of Global Tower Partners, said, "Ron's twenty years of experience in public accounting and in senior finance roles in various high growth enterprises make him a perfect fit for our management team. I am also immensely grateful to Jane Salter for her efforts as our CFO over the last four years, in particular in concluding our successful 2007 and 2010 securitizations, and I wish her well in future endeavors".

Mr. Rubin was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Home Diagnostics, Inc. a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of blood glucose monitoring systems and disposable supplies for people with diabetes worldwide.  Prior to joining HDI, Mr. Rubin held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Waste Services, Inc., a solid waste services company operating in the United States and Canada.

Mr. Rubin is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from American University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Florida International University.
